I am Kat, I am a yoga teacher but I am lots of other things too. I am a friend, a mother, a sister, a daughter and a wife, and I have a busy life with lots to do every day to keep myself and other humans and animals alive and thriving.
Yoga helps me to manage all those demands on my time and my soul. I take time out daily to move my body and quiet my mind (which sums up my understanding of what yoga is). If I didn’t, I would struggle. The wonder of yoga, the ritual of it, is something that I crave and require – it’s a kind of rest, a means to be well, to stay well and be the best me.
And teaching yoga to you – so it can be a means for you to be and stay well – is my passion.
With a wealth of experience within yoga, I am here to guide you through the postures and breathing. These may be practices that have been shared by others a million times over, but I am here offering my voice and guidance to you.
