Hey all
As of January 2026, you can find me teaching regular classes around Mid Sussex. I teach locally around Haywards Heath, including some local primary school kids yoga courses. I might pop up at other times too helpfing out my fellow yoga teachers when they are unable to teach their regular classes.
You can always contact me for private or small group lessons if you want to try a one-off yoga class or start up a regular practice.

Monday 8 - 9pm | Restorative & Yoga Nidra
Friday 1130am - 1230pm | Hatha Flow
On Mondays and Fridays, I teach a variety of classes at Linear Health & Fitness. There are a variety of class and gym passes and memberships available at Linear and you can explore them here www.linearfitness.com .

10.45 - 11.45am | Beginner’s Yoga
12.30 - 1.15pm | Lunchtime Hatha Flow
