As of January 2026, you can find me teaching regular classes in Mid Sussex, mostly around Haywards Heath. I might pop up at other times and places too, helping out my fellow yoga teachers when they are unable to teach their regular classes. You can always contact me for private or small group lessons too, if you want to try yoga or start a more regular practice.

Monday 8 - 9pm | Restorative & Yoga Nidra
Friday 1130am - 1230pm | Hatha Flow
On Mondays and Fridays, I teach a variety of classes at Linear Health & Fitness. There are a variety of class and gym passes and memberships available at Linear. Look here for more info www.linearfitness.com
Tuesdays
1045 - 1145am | Beginner’s Yoga
1230 - 1315 | Lunchtime Hatha Flow (45 minutes)
